Hsp31p Antibody (PA5-142906) in WB
Western Blot analysis of Hsp31p in yeast lysate (wt) and the KO (delta) in the left panel and the Ponceau stain in the right panel (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using Hsp31p Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142906) at 0.05 µg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Data obtained by Dr. M. Skoneczny, IBB, Warsaw, Poland.

Involved in protection against reactive oxygen species (ROS) (PubMed:17395014). Important for viability in stationary phase. May negatively regulate TORC1 in response to nutrient limitation (PubMed:24706893).
