LIN54 Antibody (A303-800A) in IP
Detection of human LIN54 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-LIN54 antibody (Product # A303-800A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. LIN54 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-LIN54 antibody A303-799A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
