PA5-33203 has been tested and found to be negative on the following rat tissues - peripheral blood leucocytes, thymocytes, splenocytes and macrophages.
PA5-33203 recognizes the human CD45RA antigen, and therefore human leucocytes may be used as a positive control for this product. This antibody is not suitable for use as a negative control on human tissues.
Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark. Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approx. 6 months.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Mouse IgG1 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation. Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. It is also used in therapeutic applications, such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
