Mouse IgM Antibody (MA5-51468) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry of IgM in Mouse spleen. Samples were incubated with IgM Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51468) using a dilution of 1:300 (40x lens). Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining. Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IF staining protocol.
