Detection of human and mouse Myosin-10 by western blot (h&m). Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), 293T (T; 50 µg) and mouse NIH3T3 (M; 50µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Myosin-10 antibody A302-043A used for WB at 1 µg/ml (A and B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. 靶标信息
MYH10 encodes a member of the myosin superfamily. The protein represents a conventional non-muscle myosin; it should not be confused with the unconventional myosin-10 (MYO10). Myosins are actin-dependent motor proteins with diverse functions including regulation of cytokinesis, cell motility, and cell polarity. Mutations in this gene have been associated with May-Hegglin anomaly and developmental defects in brain and heart. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
