Western Blot using NQO1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80864) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: A549 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 31 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

This antibody has specificity for Human NQO1.
靶标信息
NQO1 is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) family and a cytoplasmic 2-electron reductase. This FAD-binding protein forms homodimers and reduces quinones to hydroquinones. NQO1's enzymatic activity prevents the one electron reduction of quinones that results in the production of radical species. Altered expression of the protein has been seen in many tumors and is also associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD).
