Western Blot analysis of PAM16 using a PAM16 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99082) at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Lane 1: HL60 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: HepG2 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 14 kDa.
