PDCD2L Antibody (TA812455) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PDCD2L (RC202997, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PDCD2. Positive lysates LY410183 (100 µg) and LC410183 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Over expression of PDCD2L attenutates TNF-alpha release in Daudi cells. PDCD2L over-expression restrained proliferation of HEK293T cells. DNA/flow cytometry analysis showed that the over-expression of PDCD2L severely delays cell cycle progression at S phase. These all suggest that PDCD2L might play a role in apoptosis.
