PMS2 Antibody (TA899002) in WB
Western blot analysis of HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PMS2 cDNA (Cat # RC210880, Right lane) for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and blotted with anti-PMS2(Cat # TA899002).(1:500).
