Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded adenocarcinoma of human colon tissue. To expose target proteins, 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a PYDC1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26607).

PYDC1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded adenocarcinoma of human colon tissue. PYDC1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of PYDC1 in HEK293T cells in untransfected (Left lane) and transfected (Right lane) samples using 5 µg per lane. The samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and probed with PYDC1 (Product # MA5-26607) monoclonal antibody.

ASC2 associates with PYCARD/ASC and modulates its ability to collaborate with MEFV/pyrin and NLRP3/cryopyrin in NF-kappa-B and pro-caspase-1 activation. It suppresses kinase activity of NF-kappa-B inhibitor kinase (IKK) complex, expression of NF-kappa-B inducible genes and inhibits NF-kappa-B activation by cytokines and LPS.
