SIRPB1 Antibody (CF811570) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SIRPB1 (RC211765, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SIRPB. Positive lysates LY416898 (100 µg) and LC416898 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

SIRP beta 1 is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the SIRP family within the Ig superfamily. Members of this family are characterized by an extracellular region containing a V-set Ig domain with a J-like sequence and two C1-set Ig domains. Unlike SIRP alpha that has cytoplasmic ITIM domains, SIRP beta 1 possesses positively charged residues that allow association with ITAM motif-containing adaptor molecules. SIRP beta 1 is expressed on cells of monocyte, macrophage or dendritic lineages.
