Western Blot was performed using Anti-SLC19A3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-58581) and a 60 kDa band corresponding to Thiamine transporter 2 was observed across mouse tissues. Tissue extracts (40 µg lysate) of Mouse Placenta (Lane 1), Mouse Ovary (Lane 2) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX).
