SNX5 Antibody (A305-493A-T) in WB
Detection of human and mouse SNX5 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SNX5 antibody A305-493A-M (lot A305-493A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein binds to fanconi anemia complementation group A protein, but its function is unknown. This gene results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
