Western blot analysis of SPRR2A in lysate from A431 cell line. Samples were incubated with SPRR2A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24249) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Lysate at 35 µg per lane.
