Western blot analysis of E. coli lysate containing Strep-tagged protein with anti-Strep-tag antibody. Western blot analysis was performed on 80 ng, 40 ng, or 10 ng of E. coli lysate containing Strep-tagged protein. Cells were lysed with SDS sample buffer.
