TRIM31 Antibody (MA5-55798) in WB

Western blot analysis of TRIM31 in 15 µg of HT-29 lysate. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM31 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary TRIM31 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55798) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL was used.
