Detection of human WSTF by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HCT116, HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WSTF antibody A300-446A-M (lot A300-446A-M-2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
