The Mouse Corticosterone (CORT) ELISA quantitates CORT in serum, plasma, urine, saliva.
原理方法
The Mouse Cort solid phase competitive ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the amount of the target bound between the pre coated antigen and the HRP linked antibody specific for Mouse Cort. A target specific antigen has been pre coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are then added into these wells, where Mouse Cort in the samples (or standards) competes with the immobilized (capture) antigen for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed away from the plate. The substrate solution is added to each well, and the enzyme substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a stop solution, turning the color yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450±2 nm. The intensity of this signal is inversely proportional to the concentration of Mouse Cort present in the original specimen, which is determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
Achieve fast and reliable results in just 90 minutes with our Rapid ELISA kit, featuring a streamlined protocol that requires only one wash step.
Rigorous validation:
Each manufactured lot of this ELISA kit is quality tested for criteria such as sensitivity, specificity, precision, and lot-to-lot consistency. See manual for more information on validation.
