PerGeos Software version 2019.2 rolls out exciting new tools and enhancements. During this webinar, we introduced the new features and enhancements of the 2019.2 version, such as petrography features, new volume rendering capabilities and the new colorize by measure tool that generates a colormap based on a measure.

Federico Gamba is Senior Product Application Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2003, focusing on Digital Rock Analysis and 3D Visualization for E&P.

He obtained MSc with Honors in Computer Science at University of Genoa (Italy) in 1993.

His main mission is to support our customer by helping them to reduce their learning curve regarding multiple Thermo Scientific™ application software in order to increase productivity and gain time.

Rengarajan Pelapur

Rengarajan Pelapur received his PhD in computer science with focus on Computer Vision, Image Processing & Machine Learning from the University of Missouri, in 2016.

Rengarajan’s research interests include feature detection, tracking, segmentation in large 2D/3D data across various domains such as Aerial imaging, Biomedical imaging and Digital Rock. Rengarajan is active in publishing his work with over 20 peer-reviewed articles and over a 1000 citations.

Rengarajan uses his programming, machine learning and image processing expertise to assist PerGeos Software customers solve hard large data processing and visualization problems.
