The Thermo Scientific TranscriptAid T7 High Yield Transcription Kit

TranscriptAid T7 High Yield Transcription Kit includes all the necessary reagents for in vitro transcription as well as the Thermo Scientific RiboRuler™ RNA Ladder for subsequent transcript sizing and quantification. This improved version of the kit includes Tris-buffered NTPs instead of K-NTPs which increases transcript yields—up to 200 µg of RNA from 1 µg of template in 2 hours. This can easily be scaled up to produce milligram amounts of full-length RNA. The kit is suitable for transcribing both long and short templates as well as for producing unlabeled, labeled, or capped RNA transcripts – so no need to purchase multiple kits!

Your synthesized RNA can then be used in numerous applications including RNA structural and functional studies, ribozyme biochemistry, RNase protection assays and hybridization based blots, anti-sense RNA and RNAi experiments, microarray analysis, microinjection, in vitro translation and RNA vaccine-related experiments.
