In order to complete your service request, please fill out the 3 step form below.
In the "Reason for return" box, enter the meter details including the Model, Serial Number and the Service Required, ie: Calibration, Repair and if Rush service is desired. If you have more than one meter, simply list them.
After submitted successfully your screen will say “THANK YOU” and you will receive an email shortly with instructions on what to do next.
