Live cell imaging with CellLight™ reagents.

HEK-293 cells transduced with CellLight™ Plasma Membrane-CFP (Cat. No. C10606) and CellLight™ Peroxisome-GFP (Cat. No. C10604). The following day, live-cell imaging was performed using a 60x objective on a DeltaVision® Core microscope and standard CFP/FITC/TRITC filter sets.
