Immunofluorescent staining using mouse anti-golgin-97 monoclonal antibody

HeLa cells labeled with anti–golgin-97 antibody and detected using Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti–Mouse IgG antibody. Fixed, permeabilized HeLa cells were labeled with anti–golgin-97 monoclonal antibody (A21270) and detected using Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti–Mouse IgG antibody (A11001). The cells were counterstained with DAPI (D1306, D3571, D21490). (Cat. No. A21270).
