H2AX detection with Alexa Fluor 555 Tyramide SuperBoost Kit
U2OS cells were fixed and permeabilized with Image-iT Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (Cat. No.R37602). For H2AX detection, cells were labeled with anti-H2AX primary antibody and detected with Alexa Fluor 555 Tyramide SuperBoost Kit - Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. B40923). For best antifade protection, cover slip was mounted with ProLong Diamond Antifade Mountant (Cat. No. P36961).
