Organism Type | Mouse | This is a cell line derived from mouse mammary epithelial tissues. These cells were infected with a recombinant viruses (10-20 multiplicity of infection each), containing the bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase driven by a viral promoter. A second recombinant virus containing CFTR cDNA driven by a T7 promoter was added simultaneously, or a plasmid containing the T7 promoter was transfected using Lipofectin 1 h after infection. |
