Organism Type | Mouse | HAS-, a mouse mammary carcinoma mutant cell line, which is defective in hyaluronan synthase activity. Polyoma large T antigen-expressing cell lines were established by transfecting HAS mutant cells with pdl3027 plasmid containing polyoma T antigen gene as described previously(14) . Polyoma large T antigen-mediated replication of plasmids in these cell lines was assessed by measurement of the methylation status of the plasmid DNA (15) . Finally, a clonal cell line named HAS-P was chosen for a transient expression cloning. |
