多功能 HCS NuclearMask Blue、HCS NuclearMask Red 和 HCS NuclearMask Deep Red 染色剂可用于在高内涵成像和分析 (HCS) 平台上对甲醛固定细胞进行 DNA 含量测定和细胞分界。HCS NuclearMask Blue、HCS NuclearMask Red 和 HCS NuclearMask Deep Red 染色剂在与 DNA 结合后,最大激发/发射波长分别为 355/460 nm、622/645 nm 和 638/686 nm。HCS NuclearMask Blue 染色剂可轻松区分可见和近红外波长荧光基团,HCS NuclearMask Red 染色剂可轻松区分绿色甚至橙色荧光团,HCS NuclearMask Deep Red 染色剂可轻松区分可见波长荧光基团,用于多参数分析。

如果需要整个细胞染色,HCS CellMask 染色剂可标记整个细胞(细胞质和细胞核),并提供准确的背景,据此可评估感兴趣的特点。HCS CellMask 染色剂有多种颜色可选,多通路检测非常灵活。提供足量的容量,可采用 100 µL/孔的测定体积,染色 10 块 96 孔板。
