CellSensor™ CRE-bla Jurkat 细胞系

The CRE-bla Jurkat cell line contains a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of a cAMP response element (CRE) stably integrated into Jurkat cells. This cell line can be used as a parental cell line to build specific G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) assays after transfection of additional genes of interest or to detect changes in intracellular cAMP levels.
