The Thermo Scientific™ ArrayScan™ Emission Filter Wheel Module, with appropriate filters, can precisely capture the spectral maximum of an excited fluorochrome allowing for an increased signal-to-noise ratio and enhancing image resolution when performing fluorescence-based high content analysis. Rapid, but precise turret movement allows for multiple wavelengths to be detected and recorded on a sample within seconds.
