TC-FlAsH™ II 细胞内四半胱氨酸标记检测试剂盒包含一种用于活细胞标记的基于表达标记的荧光标记试剂。可使用试剂盒中包含的绿色荧光 FlAsH-EDT2 试剂标记表达与四半胱氨酸短肽标签 (CCPGCC) 融合的蛋白的哺乳动物细胞系。只有在加入标记试剂时,标签蛋白才会发荧光。BAL 洗涤缓冲液替代以前提供的分散式蓝色 3 和基于 EDT 的洗涤缓冲液,作为一种气味更令人满意且产生的信号优于噪声的试剂。


该试剂盒包含 FlAsH-EDT2 标记试剂(在 -20°C 下避光储存)和 BAL 洗涤缓冲液(在 4°C 下储存)。根据指示储存时,试剂盒可稳定保存 6 个月。
