Gravity Feed Sampler

The Thermo Scientific™ Gravity Feed Sampler is a simple, low-cost solution for the continuous sampling of slurry streams for online analysis from open channel flow pipes. Rubber lined with a durable finish, it uses a single or double fixed cutter configuration to provide samples for multi-stream analyzers such as the MSA-330 and GS Omni. It can also be used as a primary sampler for other incremental sampling solutions. Use the Gravity Feed Sampler to access cost-efficient online measurement to improve the monitoring and control of mineral beneficiation plant and other slurry processes.

The Gravity Feed Sampler is a simple, practical continuous sampling solution for process monitoring applications. Key features include:

  • Flange: Can be supplied to most common flange standards like: SAME/ANSI, SANS1123, DIN-EN 1092, and AS2129
  • Fastener: 316 stainless steel
  • Slurry Valves (optional): Diaphragm-type slurry valves can be supplied; Normal sizes are: 50 mm (2”) for the sample outlet shut-off valve, 25 mm (1”) for the wash valve
