Molecular Probes™ Antibody Conjugate Purification kits efficiently purify antibody conjugates from unconjugated dye or biotin. This particular kit is optimized for the purification of 50–100 μg of antibody conjugate. Purification is accomplished using an easy-to-assemble size-exclusion spin column. Each kit contains sufficient material for 5 separate purifications, and can also be used to purify high-molecular weight proteins (> 30 kDa) away from unconjugated labels.

Additional Features of this Antibody Conjugate Purification Kit:

• Purified conjugate ready-to-use in ∼45 minutes with ∼15 minutes of hands-on time

• Designed for low-molecular weight labels (less than 3000 Da, e.g. Alexa Fluor™ dyes); cannot be used for removing unconjugated high-molecular weight labels (>10 kDa) such as enzymes (HRP) or proteins (R-phycoerythrin)
