The Invitrogen Collibri DNA Library Preparation Kit Modules are designed for a custom build of next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflow on Illumina systems. The kit supports whole-genome sequencing (WGS) applications and is suitable for all genomes.
The Collibri DNA Library Preparation Kit Modules support:
The enzymatic module of the kit generates a consistently high yield of a library, which is enough for library quantification, sequencing, and multiple runs on Illumina instruments.

If needed, Collibri Library Amplification Master Mix with primers can be bought separately. Or, choose the Collibri ES or PS DNA Library Preparation Kit Modules where these come included with the kit.
Collibri DNA Library Cleanup Kit contains exceptional beads optimized for work with DNA samples. Therefore, the DNA Library Preparation Kit works the best with these cleanup modules and is not recommended to be replaced with a regular bead.
Collibri DNA Indexed adapters contain the highest-quality Combinatorial Dual (CD), or Unique Dual (UD). For the higher throughput use UD and CD together to support up to 192 preparations per run. To avoid overlap of sequences, do not pool together different sizes of modules containing the same type of indexed adaptors (CDs or UDs only).
