It contains the complete 16S sequence from bacterial organisms that can be compared to an unknown bacterial sequence using MicroSEQ ID analysis software to identify bacteria. MicroSEQ ID analysis software enables you to identify and classify unidentified bacterial or fungal sequences by comparing them to a validated microbial library.
