Transfer buffer is not compatible with nitrocellulose membrane. NorthernMax® reagents are the same components included in the NorthernMax® Ultrasensitive Northern Blotting Kits but in larger sizes. These reagents are supplied ready to use and are certified RNase-free. Comprehensive instructions are included.
