The Thermo Scientific DynaChrom Chromatography System brings innovation, scalability, and robust automation to single-use downstream bioprocessing. It offers modular, single-use fluid transfer assemblies, a configurable system design with expandable features, and well-developed automation software built on an industry standard platform, enabling performance, flexibility, and speed in bioprocessing.
The system can be tailored for a specific process and flow rate(s) through the selection of low pulsation pumps, offered in three pump combinations, matched fluid transfer assembly sizes, and single-use valve block flow paths aligned with the fluid transfer assemblies. The novel single-use valve manifold design removes limitations caused by pinch valves or clam shell/liner designs, provides error-free fluid transfer assembly insertion, and enables up/down column flow, ensuring safe operation while providing a quicker turn-around time in process suites. The DynaChrom Chromatography System is designed to be column agnostic and can work with any end-user-selected column.
Packaged with our TruChrom software, the DynaChrom Chromatography System provides the ability to leverage existing site DeltaV network infrastructure and allows ease of tech transfer, data integration, and data storage. The system enables meeting of regulatory requirements for use in cGMP and CFR 21 Part 11 compliant processes. The use of robust components helps ensure reliable and consistent results. Modular design and simplified options help ensure scalability from process development to commercial production.
