• Remove unincorporated primers and nucleotides in about 5 minutes
• Prepare DNA sequencing samples with one pipetting step
• Conserve precious PCR products with up to 100% recovery, regardless of amplicon length
• Minimize spin column or bead cleanup
ExoSAP-IT Express PCR Product Cleanup Reagent consists of two hydrolytic enzymes: a novel exonuclease I and shrimp alkaline phosphatase (SAP), in a specially formulated buffer. 反应设置仅需一个移液步骤即可完成，其后是两次短暂孵育。第一次孵育可以水解过量的引物并使核苷酸去磷酸化。第二次高温孵育在约一分钟内完全不可逆地灭活酶。将 ExoSAP-IT Express 试剂直接加入 PCR 产物中，可省略向管、孔或柱的转移步骤并节省 PCR 扩增子，从而有助于降低交叉污染的可能性；此外，也无需进一步处理。样品即可用于 DNA 测序或 SNP 分析。
