Ion AmpliSeq™ Mouse TCR β SR Assay (DNA)

The Ion AmpliSeq Mouse TCR Beta SR Assay is a robust, targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed to accurately identify and measure the clonal expansion of T lymphocytes by targeting the complementarity-determining region 3 (CDR3) of the T-cell receptor (TCR) gene locus from gDNA input. The assay can be used for basic and translational research to identify T-cell clones since the nucleotide sequence of the CDR3 region is unique to each T cell and codes for the part of the TCR beta chain that is involved in antigen recognition. The high sensitivity and specificity of the assay enables key applications in immunology, immuno-oncology, and vaccine research.
