49iQPS Plumbing update: (Addition of a second sample capillary in the 49iQPS)

We have received feedback that some Thermo Scientific 49iQPS instruments are exhibiting erroneous ozone concentrations. This appears to be related to long pieces of tubing connected to the vent, resulting in back pressure that impedes flow through the unit. A solution has been identified and all new units have this modification installed. Units in the field can be retrofitted by installing an upgrade kit.

ePort Software: (iQ Firmware update from V1.6.11 using ePort software)

The USB firmware update method will not work on instruments currently running iQ Series firmware version 1.6.11.33737. To upgrade any of the iQ instruments from version V1.6.11.33737, you must use ePort software to do a firmware update.
