MicroAmp adhesive films can be used to quickly and ergonomically seal filled PCR plates to prevent sample evaporation and reduce the risk of sample cross contamination between wells. The adhesive films provide a secure seal over every well.

MicroAmp Optical Adhesive Film
MicroAmp optical adhesive films are an easy-to-use film with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is easy to handle with gloves and ensures a secure seal that does not interfere with real-time PCR readings. The GLPE (general purpose laboratory equipment) version of this seal is manufactured in an ISO registered facility making them suitable for use with diagnostic procedures. Most customers prefer the MicroAmp adhesive films listed in Table 1.

MicroAmp Clear Adhesive Film is recommended for general PCR applications. Simply peel the backing away from the adhesive and apply firmly across the top of the PCR plate. Sealed plates can be conveniently stacked without worrying about contamination.
